IPSC has been designed to provide assistance to non-English-speaking parents and caregivers in the State of Maryland to promote early childhood development and success.

On our website, parents will be able to find information and resources regarding early childhood education, child development, and how to find quality child care. Family day care providers and individuals interested in becoming child care providers will also be able to find information on how to become licensed, how to provide quality child care, how to receive training opportunities, and other topics related to how to promote the development of children. You will find answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) and other information of interest to parents and family day care providers with diverse linguistic backgrounds. Information is provided in English, Spanish, and Chinese. A list of organizations that serve non-English-speaking parents and child care providers in the State of Maryland is also provided for your convenience.
