The Mid-Atlantic Equity Consortium (MAC) is a private, nonprofit organization whose mission is to build the capacity of educational and community-based organizations to support low-income children and their families. MAC is a capacity-building organization with a long record of success. The Mid-Atlantic Equity Consortium is the fiscal agent for the Maryland State Parental Information Resource Center (MD PIRC), and Informed Parents - Successful Children (IPSC).
